This opal class is a combination of all the opal classes taught at William Holland. General knowledge of cutting various opals from opals I. Inlay using an ammonite and or inlay ring from opals II. Carving and cutting Boulder Opal from the Boulder opal class. Also taught in this class is how to buy opals either online or at a show.

Jeff Hunter - Opals
Jeff started his career as a lapidary and silver Smith about 12 years ago and shortly thereafter was introduced to Boulder opal by his silversmithing instructor. Soon after he decided to devote all of his time to the study of opals and has been teaching opals at William Holland for 3 years now.
